Chia seed pudding is like the cold alternative to the quinoa breakfast bowl and just as versatile. It’s ridiculously easy and you can top it with anything.
The texture people might struggle with this one. It has the consistency of glue. It doesn’t bother us!
2 cups non dairy milk (we use almond)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Put all of the ingredients together in a mason jar and shake it up
- Put it in the fridge and shake it every couple of hours to keep the chia seeds from clumping at the bottom. Don’t forget this step or you’ll be really annoyed in the morning (I speak from experience).
- Top with whatever you like. I’ve listed our favorites up top.
